An uncomfortable and awkward truth about writing a book

To be honest, after 7 years working on this book, I am sick to death of talking about it!

But I promised myself and the soul of this book that I would promote it better than I did my first 2 (which was shyly, quietly, badly!).

AND this book is so needed, too many people are not taking care of themselves, not enjoying their lives, not replenishing their energy, not loving their precious selves.

So, even though I’m fed up of it now, I still gotta keep going!

(Luckily, I could talk about this stuff endlessly.)
